If they do the crime…. This is what adults accused of breaking the law will face. The course will provide an overview of the Iowa adult criminal justice system: arrest, judgment by the court and punishment by the correctional system.

 

Instructor Buzz Hoffman graduated from Iowa State University in 1970 with a degree in sociology. For 35 years he was employed by the Fifth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services in various capacities. He has been a professor in the criminal justice program at DMACC and served as chair of the program.
